• QB Desktop Accounting, its technicians, and its owners shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from pre-existing file corruption, system failure, or hardware malfunctions occurring prior to or during repair operations.
• In any event, our total monetary liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service provided.
